Are you new to Digital Scrapbooking? Not sure where to start? I've provided a list of information & resources to get you started on your way to creating some fabulous digital scrapbooking layouts.
Before you start creating layouts, you need to figure out what size you want to make them. While it is the most common, 12x12 is not the only size you can create your layouts in. Even though most of the digital scrapbooking stores carry kits that are 12x12 in size, you will be able to scale them down to accommodate your preferred size. Many stores already carry special 8.5x11 kits. Many people make their layouts at 8.5x11 or smaller so that they can print them on their home printer or have them printed at their local 1 hour photo store.Some of the most common smaller sizes are 8.5x11, 8x10, 8x8, 6x6 & 4x6. If you do decide to create your layouts at 12x12, there are lots of options for printing them, such as purchasing a larger format printer.
